Privacy Policy

The short version

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email, and optionally your phone number and a brief vision or website URL. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this site. We don't sell your data or share it with marketers.

What we collect

Via the contact form:

• - Your name
• - Your email address
• - Your phone number (optional)
• - A website URL or project description (optional)
• - How you found us (referrer URL and UTM parameters, if present)

Via Google Analytics 4 (all visitors):

• - Truncated IP address (last octet removed before storage)
• - Browser type and version
• - Device type and operating system
• - Pages visited and time on site
• - Approximate geographic region (city/country level)
• - Traffic source (search engine, direct, referral)

Google Analytics data is anonymised at the point of collection and is not linked to your name or email address.

Why we collect it

Contact form data is collected solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to communicate about your project. We will not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

Google Analytics data is collected to understand which pages are useful, where visitors come from, and how to improve the site. We do not use this data for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Google Analytics 4

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. We have configured GA4 with IP anonymisation enabled - your IP address is truncated before it is stored and is never transmitted in full to Google's servers.

GA4 may use first-party cookies and local storage to distinguish returning visitors. Google processes this data on servers located in the United States and other countries. Google's data processing is governed by their own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy .

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on .

How we store it

Contact form submissions are stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider with servers in Australia and the United States. Supabase encrypts data at rest and in transit. You can read their security practices at supabase.com/security .

Confirmation emails are delivered via Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend processes your email address solely to deliver the confirmation you receive after submitting the form.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The services that may process your data are:

• - Supabase - contact form data storage
• - Resend - transactional email delivery
• - Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) - anonymised usage analytics

Each service is used solely to operate this website and is bound by its own privacy terms. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies of its own. Google Analytics 4 may set first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish returning visitors and measure session activity.

Under Australian law (Privacy Act 1988), cookie consent banners are not legally mandated. We disclose our analytics use here and in the site footer in the interest of transparency. You can remove GA4 cookies at any time through your browser settings, or opt out permanently via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on .

How long we keep it

We retain contact form data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business records. If you become a client, project-related communications are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period after. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google's default minimum).

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• - Know what personal information we hold about you
• - Access your personal information
• - Request correction of inaccurate information
• - Request deletion of your information
